Bilal K. Shareef

As a native of Atlanta, GA, Bilal K. Shareef has more than 18 years of real estate experience; including investing, contracting, housing counseling, property management, and real estate development. Since 7th grade, he knew that he had real estate and entrepreneurial aspirations. Bilal graduated Magna Cum Laude from Bethune Cookman College with a BA in Music Education.

Bilal retired from being an elementary school music teacher at the age of 25. By the age of 26, Bilal owned, controlled, and transacted on more than $5 million dollars worth of real estate assets as a real estate investor and contractor. As the market crashed in 2008, he re-positioned himself as a licensed real estate agent; primarily listing and selling REO properties. He also joined the Empire Board of Realtists, Inc. & NAREB in 2008 where he first learned about the Young Realtist Division and immediately knew he wanted to be a part of this organization. Bilal began volunteering within the organization, volunteering at schools and has served in numerous leadership roles both locally and nationally. After visiting Ghana twice in 2019, Bilal has now started building an international business model.

Bilal is now the Broker and Co-owner of Advanced Realty Concepts, Managing Partner of ARC Partners GA (powered by eXp Realty), Co-owner of ARC Capital Funding, He’s also the current 2021 President for the Empire Board of Realtists, Inc. and the National President of the Young Realtist Division of NAREB, and the current chair of the Real Estate Circle at The Gathering Spot. Bilal is on a mission to “Redefine the Real Estate Culture for Tomorrow’s Leaders!"
