Louis had been part of the consultative experts who participated in teh workings of the Cfta, now the African continental free trade. Being the pioneer in the Sensitization, advocacy and private sector drive on Afcfta in Ghana and in Africa which received commendation by the chief Technical Advisor of Afcfta. Louis expertise focuses on, private sector, Entrepreneurship,
innovation and policy success under AFCTA. Former nance manager of a large multi - milliondollar Retail company E.S.L who transformed the revenue base of the rm. Former country director of MIP UK , Ghana ofce ,an international management exchange program.

CEO of Commodity and trade policy rm LOBI Enterprise , Accra. Louis had all certicates from the University of Ghana in Social sciences. He has advocated extensively on women and youth in Ghana and Africa. Former district and deputy regional coordinator of the rst Women and Children Ministry of the Republic of Ghana. Louis has been a guest lecturer to some universities.

Louis serves on the National Technical Working Committee On AFCFTA of Ghana,'s Ministry of Trade and Industry . He serves on the Ghana chamber of SMES Board, SEEDS Dubai a Multinational Educational rm, Global Chamber of Commerce. As a public speaker, he has featured on BBC, CGTN News, CNBC Africa, eNCA Channel Nigeria Broadcasting, Ghana Broadcasting several Television and Radio Networks across Ghana and Africa. He is among the sought after Speakers on AFCFTA in Africa. Has partnered other universities , University of Ghana, GeorgeTown University USA, Senghor University Cairo, China Europe International Business School. Louis organizes the Africa Globalized investment summit annually and Rotationally among the 54 member Countries of Africa. Publishes the largest newsletter on African Continental Free Trade and Regional Economic markets.
