Dr. Kedibone Phago

Professor and a Director in the School of Government Studies | North West University

Kedibone Phago holds a doctoral degree in Public Administration from the University of South Africa (Unisa). He is currently serving as Professor and a Director in the School of Government Studies, North West University. He is also appointed as Adjunct Professor of Governance at the Unisa’s Graduate School of Business Leadership (SBL) and Uganda Technology and Management University (UTAMU). His areas of specialisation include Public Policy and Public Governance. He is a published scholar in both local and international journals.

Prof Phago is currently serving as a Deputy Editor for a Journal of Public Administration. He is also a South African Association of Public Administration and Management (SAAPAM) board member. He serves as one of Africa Editor for the Journal of Local Economy. It is a Sage published journal based at the London South Bank University. He has collaborated and/or consulted with several departments of the South African Government, African Union Commission and BRICS, among others. He served as one of the experts for the Presidential Remuneration Review Committee from 2016-2019 in South Africa.
