Dr. Tangi Miller

Actor, Director, Producer, Writer, Founder Hollywood East Entertainment

Dr. Tangi Miller is Miami Born; An Actor, Director, Producer, Writer, International Citizen, Social anthropologist and Activist. Miller got her start on Emmy award winning WB show Felicity for which she received an NAACP nomination, named one of ‘TV GUIDE’S sexiest’ and one of the “most beautiful people of the millennium” by Ebony Magazine. Miller has worked professionally for over 30 years as an Actor preforming in over 100 episodes of T.V; produced over a dozen films, holds a Master of fine Arts, from University of California; Bachelor’s, Alabama State University; Honorary Doctorate, the ‘Key to the City of Montgomery’; Studied University of Legon in Ghana and at the Royal National Theater in London. Director, Film-Maker and Founder of Olivia Entertainment LA based and Hollywood East, Atlanta based production companies.


Miller’s companies has produced films such as Love & Other 4 Letters Words, Good Wifey, My Girlfriends Back & Co- productions 72 Hours, The Good Life, Hollywood Choas, Hurricane in a Rose Garden and Boxing Day. Miller is also know for Acting work in films: Phantom Force, Tyler Perry's Madea's Family Reunion, The MC Hammer Story, Drones and Lions Gate, Leprechaun Back to the Hood to name a few; Dr. Miller makes her directorial debut with Diva Diaries a 3 part television series for the Urban Movie Channel (UMC) founded by Bob Johnson.


Tangi has received several accolades for acting as well as her positive impact on community. Miller received proclamation for Distinguished Actor honor from The City of Miami, recognition for global success from the state of Alabama, a proclamation and “Day” for both her companies for her continued efforts to uplift the community thru film, a 2nd NACCP nod for the film Phantom Force, Inspiring Filmmaker Award from the Trinity Film Coalition and the President Obama Lifetime Achievement Award for her lifelong commitment to service. However, Miller is most proud of E.A.T. Education, Arts & Training/Travel, a Non- profit organization that serves community and students both nationally and internationally thru Arts Education and Mentorship.


Dr. Miller is poised to become one of Atlanta’s brightest stars. She has partnered with Pyramid Exchange and Sankofa Global Trading with the Mission is to secure distribution for Pan- African TV/Film Makers & Students Globally.
