Dr. Latresia Wilson

Latresia Wilson, MD, PhD, MBA, FACEP our Chief Scientific Officer is an emergency medicine physician and a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians. Dr. Wilson is also a certified medical marijuana prescriber. Dr. Wilson received her PhD in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Florida and briefly served with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. Dr. Wilson has a long history of research whereby she worked as a research scientist at the City of Hope (Duarte, Ca) and as a Clinical Fellow in the National Cancer Institute of the National Institutes of Health. At both institutes, Dr. Wilson was an investigator or principal investigator on several internal and NIH sponsored research grants. At the NIH, Dr. Wilson was responsible for many in-vivo mice and monkey studies as well as directed clinical application of the in-vivo compounds and patient care.
